As the company continues to grow, they are looking for a Customer Service & Operations/Sales Coordinator to help manage their busy order book and develop new business.
What Youโll Be Doing:
โ Managing and processing customer orders, ensuring a seamless experience.
โ Overseeing day-to-day operational processes to support sales and client needs.
โ Building strong relationships with marine, sailing, and superyacht industry clients.
โ Providing sales support and assisting in business development opportunities.
โ Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and top-tier service.
What Weโre Looking For:
โ Experience in customer service, sales coordination, or operations.
โ Strong communication and organisational skills with great attention to detail.
โ A passion for the marine/yachting/superyacht industryโindustry knowledge is a huge plus!
โ A proactive and adaptable mindset, eager to learn and grow within the business.
