Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique needs, preferences, and charter goals.
- Research and recommend yachts that align with client requirements while ensuring adherence to budget constraints.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with yacht owners, managers, and industry stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in the yacht market and global developments.
- Negotiate competitive rates and favorable terms with yacht owners or central agents on behalf of clients.
- Design bespoke itineraries that showcase standout destinations and deliver unparalleled onboard experiences.
- Conduct detailed inspections and checks to ensure all pre-charter arrangements meet superior quality standards.
- Coordinate logistics with clients, crews, and operational teams to deliver a seamless charter experience.
- Actively grow the client network by identifying new opportunities through networking and industry events.
- Manage administrative tasks, including contracts, payments, and collecting post-charter feedback to support service enhancement.
- Promote a culture of inclusivity and accessibility, ensuring yachting experiences cater to a diverse range of clients.
- Previous experience as a Yacht Broker, Charter Broker, or a similar role within the luxury travel or maritime sectors.
- Comprehensive knowledge of yacht charters, vessel types, and global yachting destinations.
- Exceptional negotiation, sales, and client-relationship management skills.
- Displaying a high level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Outstanding organizational abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Confident in managing high-pressure situations to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other industry-relevant tools.
- A proactive self-starter, capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively.
- Multilingual abilities are desirable (fluency in English is essential).
