Part-Time Maintenance Operative – Royal Quays Marina, North Shields
Hours: 30 per week

What the employer is looking for
To be considered for this role, you should bring:
- Practical maintenance experience—general repairs or a relevant trade background
- The ability to work independently and use your initiative
- Strong awareness of health & safety and safe working practices
- Experience with typical maintenance tasks such as painting, basic carpentry, minor plumbing, and site repairs
- A full UK driving licence (essential)
- Experience within a marina, boatyard, or similar environment (desirable)
- Experience operating plant or boat hoists (advantageous, with training provided if needed)
