Job Title: Composite Boat Builders (Contract)
Location: Fareham
Contract: Outside IR35
Hours: 40–60 per week

We’re on the lookout for skilled  Composite Boat Builders to join a busy marine composites team in Hampshire.

What you’ll be doing:

• Working on composite laminating projects
• Fitting bulkheads, hull to deck
• Preparing moulds, lay-up and infusion set-ups
• Reading and working from technical drawings
• Delivering high-quality finishes to meet project specifications

What we’re looking for:

• Proven laminating experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
• Reliability and flexibility to support overtime when needed
• Previous marine or composites industry experience is highly desirable

What’s on offer:

 

• Weekly hours between 40–60
