Job description
As Marketing Manager, you'll lead and execute marketing activity across the full mix, supporting brand development, digital presence, events, and commercial initiatives. You'll work closely with an external PR & Communications agency to drive press activity and broader comms, while also managing two industry events each year.

Our client is a long‑established, family-owned maritime services business with multiple sites across the UK, providing maintenance, repair, refit, engineering, and support services for commercial, leisure, and defence vessels. They operate several facilities nationwide, including a key site in Gosport where this role is based.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day marketing activity across digital, brand, events, collateral, and analysis.
- Manage relationships with an external PR & Communications agency to deliver impactful press and comms.
- Plan, organise, and deliver two large industry events annually.
- Develop and execute campaigns for the new Gosport commercial/retail site.
- Collaborate closely with Business Development to support wider commercial goals.
