We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Operations/Commercial leader to join our clients global team. This full-time role will be based in Dubai, Monaco and London. Reporting directly to the Group CEO, this position is ideal for an entrepreneurial professional with a passion for luxury, travel, and innovation. You will play a pivotal role in managing and leading teams across the globe, implementing strategies, and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage global teams across sales, marketing, and operations.
• Develop, implement, and oversee Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficiency and consistency.
• Conduct and manage regular team meetings to align on goals, strategies, and performance metrics.
• Drive growth strategies and oversee the execution of initiatives in alignment with company objectives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement operational strategies.
• Ensure seamless coordination and communication across international teams.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing guidance and support to achieve excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading teams within a corporate environment.
• Extensive knowledge of the luxury sector, with expertise in yachting or Formula 1 being highly advantageous.
• Strong background in operations and process management.
• Demonstrated success in driving growth strategies and working with startups.
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
