Based in Portsmouth at the picturesque Port Solent, our client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor. This role will be primarily office based but will also include some outdoor working and is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual, with a flexible work ethic, to join a fast paced and friendly team on a busy marina.

To fulfil this exciting role, you must have the ability to understand and deliver excellent customer service, enquiry and sales handling and have a “can do” attitude.

Working time for this role is on rota basis working every other weekend and some bank holidays, working 10 days on and 4 days off. Experience and a knowledge of boating would be beneficial but not essential as training, where required, will be given. In all cases we will support you to grow your skills and assist you to reach your potential.
