This is a high-impact role with a respected global marine brand, owning the aftermarket function and shaping how the brand performs through its worldwide distributor network. You’ll be trusted to lead, challenge, improve, and grow.
The Role
- Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing aftermarket sales team of five.
- Own and deliver the global aftermarket strategy with clear, measurable results.
- Manage and strengthen international distributor relationships through regular reviews and performance management.
- Ensure consistent brand representation, pricing discipline, and market positioning worldwide.
- Identify growth opportunities, address underperforming regions, and coach distributors to improve results.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, logistics, and product teams to deliver a joined-up customer experience.
- Represent the brand at global trade shows, distributor meetings, and international events.
- Proven experience in aftermarket or distributor-led sales (marine experience highly desirable).
- Confident, credible leadership experience managing a small but impactful team.
- Strong commercial understanding: pricing, margins, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills across international markets.
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
