Job Title: Boatyard Supervisor
Location: Swanwick Marina
Salary: Dependant on experience
Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Boatyard Supervisor to join the team at Swanwick Marina.
The successful candidate will be joining a dedicated team who work hard to provide the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction. The Boatyard Supervisor must be able to build relationships with key tenants and leisure customers alike.
Key Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates should be able to demonstrate:
A full clean UK driving license is essential.
Working Hours
Although the role is primarily a Monday to Friday operation, flexibility and a willingness to work some weekends and Bank Holidays is required

To be considered for this role, candidates should be able to demonstrate:
- Experience in managing boatyard operations and a boatyard team
- A “can-do” attitude with a flexible approach to teamwork
- A proven track record demonstrating the highest health and safety standards.
- Calmness under pressure
- The ability to motivate teams
- Experience in managing seasonal lifting and launching campaigns
- The ability to build relationships with key tenants and stakeholders
- Management of lifting assets and equipment including maintenance and statutory obligations
A full clean UK driving license is essential.
