Job description
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading marine services provider for an experienced Project Manager to join their yacht refit and repair division. This is a hands-on, client-facing role, perfect for someone who thrives on managing complex projects from initial enquiry through to successful delivery.
This role will oversee multiple yacht refit and repair projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Your responsibilities will include:
Project Setup & Sales Support
- Preparing estimates and quotations based on client requirements
- Conducting client meetings to define the scope of work
- Ensuring accurate equipment specifications and project documentation
- Issuing labour and materials schedules
- Securing signed works orders and deposit payments
- Planning and scheduling work with internal teams
- Coordinating yacht movements, staffing, scaffolding, and subcontractors
- Procuring parts, materials, and services
- Managing budgets and controlling costs throughout the project
- Overseeing quality control and ensuring all work meets the highest standards
- Providing clear progress updates to owners, including photographic reports
- Carrying out sea trials where required
- Acting as the main point of contact for owners throughout the project
- Managing emergent works with written approvals
- Supporting invoicing and ensuring documentation accompanies finished works
- Handling aftersales queries and maintaining strong client relationships
