Due to the continued success and growth of our client we are looking for a Technical Sales Manager to support the Superyacht sales activity.
Our client is a leading marine lighting manufacturer for both the leisure and superyacht sector.
The technical sales manager responsibilities include designing customer solutions, product demonstrations, networking with clients, expanding sales territories, attending seminars and trade exhibitions, conducting research, increasing your knowledge of technical products, and providing training to staff. You should be able to deliver excellent customer support and make appropriate suggestions for improvement.
The ideal candidate will have A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a technical sales/sales engineering role. You should be a self-starter with superb networking abilities and a good eye for opportunities.

Technical Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Working with Area Sales Managers to drive Superyacht sales
- Listening to customers’ needs and advising them on the best products to buy.
- Using CAD software to design bespoke customer solutions
- Memorizing technical product specifications and keeping up-to-date with new company products as well as industry trends.
- Conducting market research and obtaining feedback from clients to improve existing products.
- Writing reports and liaising with the production team regarding issues, foreseeable problems, and effective solutions.
- Simplifying technical terms during product demonstrations and post-sales customer support.
- Maintaining strong professional relationships with existing clients and meeting with new clients to expand sales territories.
