We’re looking for a Marina Operative to join the team at one of the UK’s largest and most picturesque marinas, based in Chichester Harbour, West Sussex.
This is a hands-on, varied position where you’ll be part of a dedicated team ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the marina and delivering first-class service to berth holders and visitors.

What we’re looking for:
- Proven customer service or customer-facing experience
- A positive, “can do” attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Calm and adaptable under pressure
- Knowledge of boats is desirable, but training will be provided for the right candidate
- A mix of indoor and outdoor work in a stunning location
- A rota that includes some weekends and bank holidays
- Occasional night cover when needed
- Full support and training to develop your skills and knowledge
