As Senior Project Manager, you’ll take a leading role in managing complex, high-value projects from initial planning through to delivery. This is a senior leadership position, reporting directly to the board, where you’ll guide a skilled project team, drive operational excellence, and ensure every project meets strict quality, budget, and timeline targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and motivate a team of Project Managers.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to specification.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Monitor budgets, track progress, and resolve issues proactively.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Proven experience in a Senior Project Management role.
- Strong leadership and delegation skills.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Commercial awareness and confidence in budget control.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Degree or professional qualification in Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
- PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent certification.
- Health & Safety qualifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH.
