Are you an experienced Project Manager with a Civil or Marine Engineering background looking to take ownership of exciting, long-term engineering projects? We’re looking for someone to join our growing team in Southampton, managing projects from design and manufacture through to on-site installation.
The Role:
You’ll be the driving force behind projects, taking full ownership from contract award through to delivery. Acting as the main point of contact for clients, you’ll ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard, on time, and within budget.

The Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full project lifecycle: from contract/design to manufacture and installation
- Serve as primary client liaison, maintaining clear and professional communication
- Coordinate internal teams and external contractors
- Ensure compliance with engineering contracts and site processes
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, and scheduling
- Provide technical input and review drawings using AutoCAD
- Report directly to the Senior Projects Manager
- Degree-qualified in Civil, Marine, or Construction Engineering
- 3–5 years’ post-graduate experience in engineering project management
- Proficient in AutoCAD (essential)
- Excellent leadership and client-facing skills
- Self-motivated, well-organised, and a strong team player
- Willingness to travel as needed
