As the team continues to grow they have a strong portfolio of exciting projects, they now look to take on a Control / Embedded Software Engineer to work on some very exciting new plans.

Responsible for development of embedded control systems on a wide array of multi-faceted marine development projects; areas of responsibility ranging from control systems architecture, analysis & simulation to testing and development. As an individual you will be required to assist in continuous improvement on processes, standard and tools for software and calibration.

Key Areas of Responsibility;
Control System Architecture & Design of Software Architecture
Analysis & Simulation
Embedded development
Calibration and setup
Testing and development
Coding standards and good practice
Partner liaison

Ideally you will have between 3 and 5 years experience and will be a self-starter, highly driven and passionate. You will have experience designing and commissioning performance-critical projects in a similar field, and previous experience of HEV control systems. Experience working on physical modelling tools such as Simulink, Dymola or equivalent is critical, along with control systems development in C and simulink. You will have a proven experience in whole-system development, electrical, hydraulic, control, calibration and mechanical aspects, although practical electronic experience would be useful within the role it is not essential.
