As our client continues to expand operations, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Purchasing Manager with a solid understanding of finance principles to join a dynamic and growing team.
You’ll be joining one of the market’s most exciting new electric engine manufacturers, currently experiencing a sustained period of growth following a highly successful period. Working closely with the COO, Office Manager, and Sales Team, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth procurement processes and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal departments to identify procurement needs, source suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage purchase orders within budget.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure timely, high-quality deliveries and proactively resolve any issues.
- Manage procurement, invoicing, and bookkeeping tasks using Odoo, including support with VAT returns and financial record keeping.
- Monitor stock levels and usage, ensuring timely reordering to avoid shortages and maintain operational continuity.
- Coordinate with freight handlers and prepare accurate import/export documentation for domestic and international shipments.
- Review incoming deliveries, manage distribution of materials, and reconcile account transactions within Odoo.
