We are looking for a strategy and target focussed marketeer for our Head of Marketing position.  Reporting directly into the MD and one of the founders this role sits within the senior management team with room for growth.
Since the product was launched in the late 1990’s it has gone to become the absolute no1 in its area and has a fantastic name among the luxury yacht and superyacht market.  With new product ranges coming down the line this is a fantastic time to join and help drive the company to the next level in help deliver on the 5 year plan.
You will be tasked to lead, manage, and drive the marketing function with a primary focus on delivering an integrated marketing communication strategy and a focus on using marketing to drive forward sales as well as having the head count to recruit.
This role offers a highly competitive salary as befits the level of experience required.

Key Objectives
  • Manage and promote brand values throughout the dealer network and through any customer interactions.
  • Focus on developing and managing lead generation in support of the dealer network.
  • Ensure we are effectively supporting our OEM clients. 
  • Be an integral part of our Product Steering Committee, ensuring the client remains a leader in their field and are developing the products/accessories which our customers wish to buy.
  • Complete ROI calculations on proposed new products to ensure viability.
  • Manage the marketing budget, schedule expenditure and ensure we receive a high level of service from providers.
  • Attend major international boat shows as and when required.
  • Manage the organization of all boat shows attended by the client including design, logistics, staffing and inventory.
  • Manage the website design, content and maintenance together with our digital agency.
  • Be responsible for the planning and implementation of the  global print and digital advertising strategy.
  • Manage product photoshoots to ensure our brand is professionally portrayed across all media types and remains on message.
  • Monitor competitor activity and pricing.
  • Coordinating and collaborating with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies that align with company objectives.
