Ancasta International Boat Sales is one of the largest and most globally recognised boat sales company in today's market. We are looking for a Customer Services Advisor (covering maternity leave) to join our Operations team based in Port Hamble. The aim of this role is to provide the highest level of Customer Service for all existing and potential Ancasta clients.

Specific responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

• New boat support offering all services listed below, plus meeting the client at handover where possible, calling with annual service reminders and providing general technical support for the lifetime of ownership.
• Spare parts offered to any Group Beneteau boat owners, both Ancasta existing customers, other dealers and charter companies etc. Involves part identification, liaising with both supplier and factory to obtain technical specifications, prices and availability.
o Raising purchase orders, Proforma Invoices, Sales Invoice requests and all other necessary paperwork for payment.
o Arranging shipping and/or posting as required, consolidating when necessary, ensuring the most cost-effective method is used.
• Service work offering the full range of services available at our service centre in Port Hamble, including Guardienage.
• Beneteau, Prestige and Lagoon annual checks and services contacting customers to arrange, booking technicians, ordering parts and raising Proforma Invoices.
• General office duties may also include organising technicians travel arrangements, electronic file maintenance, and system upkeep.
• Supporting other members of team during busy periods and helping with holiday cover as required.
• Attendance at boat shows may be required from time to time.
• Answering the telephone and dealing with general enquiries.
• Any other duties which may be required by Ancasta to enable the smooth running of the department.

Skills required:
• Technical knowledge of both power and sail boats is required.
• Recent and relevant experience within the leisure marine industry or similar.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Professional telephone manner and the ability to liaise with clients, boat manufacturers and suppliers with ease and confidence.
• Good IT skills.
• Flexible attitude to hours if needed.
• Good sense of humour.
