We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in Civil or Marine Engineering to join our growing team in Southampton. This is a key role, managing long-term engineering projects from design through to manufacture and on-site installation.

About the Role: You’ll take full ownership of projects from contract award and design through to delivery. As the main point of contact for clients, you'll ensure all aspects of the project are completed to a high standard, on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage full project lifecycle, from contract/design to manufacture and installation
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring clear and professional communication
  • Coordinate internal resources and external contractors
  • Ensure compliance with engineering contracts and site processes
  • Oversee project planning, budgeting, and scheduling
  • Use AutoCAD for drawing review and technical input
  • Report directly to the Senior Projects Manager
Requirements:
  • Degree-qualified in Civil, Marine, or Construction Engineering
  • Ideally 3–5 years’ post-graduate experience in engineering project management
  • Proficient in AutoCAD (essential)
  • Excellent leadership and client-facing skills
  • Self-motivated, well-organised, and a strong team player
  • Willingness to travel
