Are you passionate about the marine industry and thrive in a commercially driven role? We’re working with a leading marine manufacturer looking for an experienced Field Sales Representative to take ownership of key distributor and OEM relationships across designated international territories.
This is a full-time opportunity for someone who’s strategic, hands-on, and ready to help drive global growth across multiple marine markets.
Key Responsibilities
We’re after someone with solid experience in sales or account management, ideally within the marine or wider manufacturing sector. You’ll be confident working with international partners and comfortable developing structured business plans to support growth. A strategic mindset is key, but so is a hands-on, practical approach. Flexibility to travel is important too, as the role involves visiting distributors, shipyards, and attending key trade shows both in the UK and overseas.

Key Responsibilities
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with distributors and OEMs
- Driving sales growth through mentoring, training, and proactive support
- Leading quarterly and annual business planning with partners
- Coordinating marketing, promotions, and new product launches
- Taking full sales ownership of accounts within your territory
- Attending international trade events (including METS)
- Identifying opportunities in new sectors like RV, retail, and residential
