We're currently recruiting for a Credit Controller to join a busy and well‑established finance team based in Swanwick Marina. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied, fast‑paced role and is confident managing their own workload while providing excellent customer service.

The position is ideal for somebody organised, proactive and comfortable working in a multi‑tasking credit control setting.

Key responsibilities

• Managing the full debt collection process, including invoicing, receipting, Direct Debit processing and issuing reminder letters
• Contacting customers to chase overdue payments and handling account queries via phone and email
• Maintaining accurate accounting records for customers and ensuring all related invoices are collected
• Processing contract changes such as terminations or transfers in line with company policies
• Supporting the wider finance team with general administrative tasks

 
We’re looking for someone who can build strong relationships with confidence and professionalism, with great communication, negotiation and influencing skills. You’ll have a keen eye for detail, feel comfortable working with numbers and Excel, and stay calm and organised under pressure.
