Step into a pivotal role where supply chain strategy meets world‑class yacht design. Our client is looking for a Supply Chain Technical Product Manager to join them for a 6‑month placement, helping shape the next generation of luxury marine products.

About the Role

You’ll work at the intersection of engineering, procurement, and product development ensuring supply chain decisions support innovative, functional, and cost effective yacht design. This is a hands‑on role where collaboration, technical insight, and strategic thinking come together.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll partner closely with engineering and procurement teams to align supply chain goals with product plans, managing key tools such as the RFQ cost tracker. Day to day, you’ll collaborate with design, sales, marketing, and operations to keep product launches smooth and well‑coordinated, while supporting design teams in developing features that balance performance and cost.

Supplier management will be central to your work selecting manufacturers, overseeing specifications and installations, ensuring warranty standards, and nurturing strong supplier relationships. You’ll also drive product improvements and cost‑reduction initiatives through supplier collaboration.

On the technical side, you’ll guide teams on product architecture and user experience, troubleshoot supply chain challenges, and deliver practical solutions. You’ll monitor product performance, identify risks, and help shape long‑term strategies that strengthen the supply chain.

What You’ll Bring

You’ll have solid product management experience across the full lifecycle, ideally within the marine sector. A strong understanding of supply chains, manufacturing processes, and product design is essential, along with knowledge of yacht construction and functional design principles. You’ll be confident managing suppliers, optimising costs, and working with cross‑functional teams.
