What the Role Involves
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of five in a fast-moving aftermarket environment.
- Own and execute the global aftermarket strategy, ensuring measurable results.
- Manage international distributor relationships, conduct business reviews, and drive performance across all regions.
- Ensure consistent brand representation, pricing alignment, and market positioning.
- Identify growth opportunities, support underperforming markets, and coach distributors to success.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, logistics, and product teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Represent the brand at global events, distributor conferences, and trade shows.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in aftermarket or distributor sales, ideally in marine
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a small team.
- Commercial acumen: pricing, margins, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills for global partners.
- Highly organised, proactive, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel internationally when required.
