Yacht Broker – Superyachts & Premium Yachts 

Step into the elite world of superyacht brokerage in Asia, with the focus on representing vessels of 30 metres and above as well as a variety of premium yachts across Asia. This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of the region’s leading yacht brokerage houses, working at the heart of the luxury yachting market.

The Role:
  • Develop and manage client relationships with UHNWIs and HNWIs across Asia.
  • Represent and sell superyachts (30M+) alongside a diverse portfolio of sailing and motor yachts.
  • Guide clients through the full brokerage process – from first enquiry to completion.
  • Drive opportunities through proactive networking, events, and leveraging market intelligence.
  • Work closely with international colleagues in sales, charter, and yacht management.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in yacht sales.
  • A confident communicator
  • Driven to deliver results.
  • Fluent in English (Mandarin, Cantonese, or other languages highly advantageous).
  • Based in, or prepared to relocate to, Hong Kong.
