Opportunities have arisen for enthusiastic target driven individuals to join the dynamic Ancasta sales team in Mallorca. Positions available include Yacht Broker, Trainee Yacht Broker and New Boat Sales Executive based in Palma, Cala d'Or and Alcudia.

All applicants must be fluent in English (German is not essential but would be an advantage), be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, have the ability to build and develop relationships with clients and possess good working knowledge of both power boats and yachts. The successful candidate will be required to sell pre-owned boats as well as new boats from the world-leading brands we are proud to represent; Beneteau (both sail and power) Lagoon catamarans, Prestige luxury motor-yachts, McConaghy race boats and CNB Yachts. Successful applicants will be involved in acquiring new listings, developing relationships with local boat owners and using Ancasta's database of existing and previous clients to help generate sales leads for new and used boats.

The following skills would be desirable, German, Spanish, French, Dutch, (knowledge of any other languages would be of interest), experience of cross border transactions, proven new and used boat sales experience, knowledge of boat ownership and taxation documentation, RYA or equivalent power/sail qualifications.

Competitive basic salaries are dependent on experience, uncapped commissions and performance bonuses are available.
