Marine Resources are pleased to be working alongside an industry giant in the search for a Yacht Broker to join the team. For this position, you will be based in their Hamble office.

Boasting one of the largest sales networks in Europe, the team are poised to continue building on the success of 2021 and are looking for a superstar Broker to hit the ground running.

Ideally you will have:
• Experience in yacht brokerage - new or used, power or sail
• Experience in working with top level brands

Desirable but, not essential:
• Strong knowledge of the brokerage process end to end
• Prior luxury sales experience
• Experienced in boat handling
• Excellent customer service

In this position you will be working with some of the biggest boat and yacht manufacturer brands across sail and power. You will be a customer focussed, energetic sales person with a hunger for sales. Salary is dependent on experience and there is a commission structure in place.
