With the continued growth and increased presence within the marine industry our client is looking for either an experienced broker to join the team or someone who wants to grow and develop with the team making that move into brokerage or looking for their second brokerage position…
As a group they now sell over 400 boats a year and this marina is absolutely up there in terms of both new boats and brokerage sales.
Known for its stunning natural beauty and rugged mountain landscapes, there isn’t a better backdrop for a busy marina. Based at the foothills of Snowden itself this is a hugely popular destination for outdoor enthusiasts and boat users!
After 8 years of continued and consistent big growth our client has grown from 3 marinas initially to 11 across the UK and are consistently one of the most forward thinking organisations in this sector always looking to improve and disrupt the yacht brokerage market with new ideas and thoughts.
As such you will be proactive in responding to customer enquiries and in seeking new leads and of course you will drive new business and aid retention through an efficient, helpful and warm response to customer enquiries and communications, ensuring high standards of customer care and service but most of all you will want to be part of something and thoroughly enjoy boats in all their forms be in sail or power.
As part of a larger group the role has huge benefits with superb back up services from marketing campaigns both digital and non to well established business processes all their to make your role easier.
Salary and benefits package again are above the norm and given the current climate there has been a recent re look at these to keep it extremely competitive.
