What You'll Be Doing:
The Coordinator role will play a pivotal role in supporting the operational efficiency of our team and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting and enforcing company processes and ensuring statutory requirements are met.
- Assisting in the execution of planned and reactive sub-contracted maintenance tasks.
- Managing day-to-day administration and overseeing the work carried out by the team and sub-contractors.
- Ensuring work orders and customer completion dates are managed effectively.
- Demonstrating and promoting high levels of Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) behavior.
- Additional responsibilities, as required.
- Proficiency in various trade environments.
- Customer-facing experience
- Experience in Health, Safety, and Quality within a large site function.
- Previous experience managing both people and contractors.
- Familiarity with Control of Contractors.
- SMSTS (Site Manager Safety Training Course) Certification would be highly advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of the geographical layout of relevant areas.
- NEBOSH General or IOSH Managing Safely certifications.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and self-manage, especially in high-pressure situations.
- A continuous improvement mindset, constantly seeking process enhancements and cost efficiencies.
