An accomplished Contract Control / Embedded Software Engineer is sought by one of the marine sectors leading brands to join them for a period of 5 months.

As the team continues to grow they have a strong portfolio of exciting projects, they now look to take on a further Control / Embedded Software Engineer to work on some very exciting new plans.

Responsible for development of embedded control systems on a wide array of multi-faceted marine development projects; areas of responsibiliy ranging from control systems architecture, analysis & simulation to testing and development.
As an individual you will be required to assist in continious improvement on processes, standant and tools for software and calibration.

Coding standards and good practice
Partner liaison

Ideally you will have between 3 and 5 years experience and will be a self-starter, highly driven and passionate. You will have experience designing and commissiong performance-critical projects in a similar field, and previous experience of HEV control systems. Experience working on physical modelling tools such as Simulink, Dymola or equivalent is critical, along with control systems developement in C and simulink. You will have a proven experience in whole-system development, electrical, hydraulic, control, calibration and mechanical aspects, although practical electronic experience would be useful within the role it is not essential.

This a fixed term contract of 5 months with a competitive package for a leading company and a immediate start.
