Our Client a luxury Boat Builder are seeking a dynamic Sales Coordinator to join their team. Reporting to the Sales Manager and with a dotted line to the Production Planning Manager, you will provide crucial support to their customers by managing sales administration and departmental processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders, enquiries, queries, and quotes promptly.
- Keep departmental processes updated.
- Liaise with customers on order details, specifications, delivery, and special arrangements.
- Maintain customer orders and data files on SAP and Google-Docs.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Produce regular sales reports.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager and attend sales meetings.
- Answer telephone calls and handle general office duties.
- Assist with trade shows and prepare sales/marketing materials.
- Perform basic accounting tasks and review price lists as needed.
- Essential customer service knowledge.
- GCSE Maths & English or equivalent.
- Preferable knowledge of SAP/ERP/CRM systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Previous experience in customer service/administration in sales, manufacturing, or production preferred. Finance experience considered.
- Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
- Numerically accurate, quick learner, and analytical.

- Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
