Marine Resources are looking for an individual to cover a diverse role within a leading Yacht painting company.

Working within a fast-growing business, you will cover blend of production, project and operations management duties, working autonomously as the senior on site with a skilled team.

As a person, you will be a grounded individual who can build rapport with your production staff to both lead and manage them effectively.

You will be a key contact with both suppliers and customers and as such maintain a professional attitude via email and phone around delivery dates and other business as required.

Duties:

• Organise logistics of both inbound and outbound mouldings, pre and post paint.
• Scheduling and labour delegation.
• Manage daily operations around stock to include ordering of consumables and raw materials.
• Paint auditing, gloss meter checks, general quality overview and associated paperwork.
• Liaising with both suppliers and clients.

An understanding of paint systems would be hugely beneficial though someone with a commercial mindset to include production/project management and looking to grow within the business is welcome!
