This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive and growing business, managing exciting long-term projects from initial contract and design stage right through to manufacture, build, and installation.
What you’ll be doing:
- Overseeing projects throughout the full lifecycle – from concept through to installation.
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and clear communication at every stage.
- Managing contracts and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
- Leading teams, coordinating with engineers, and ensuring effective collaboration.
- Occasional travel (average 2–3 days per month) to support overseas project requirements.
- 3–5 years’ post-graduate experience in project management, civil, marine, or construction engineering.
- Strong project management skills and a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
- Solid contract knowledge and experience.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD (essential).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills – confident liaising with clients and motivating teams.
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
