Technical Watersports Apparel Product Developer (Part-Time - 3 days pe week)

Responsibilities:
  1. Design Development: Create tech packs, ensuring clarity and alignment with company strategy.
  2. Material Selection: Collaborate on choosing eco-friendly fabrics, trims, and accessories for water sports gear.
  3. Prototyping & Testing: Oversee prototypes, participate in testing, and lead fitting sessions for optimal performance.
  4. Research & Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, conduct competitor analysis, and enhance product functionality.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, communicate with suppliers, and ensure designs meet brand standards.
  6. Quality Control: Conduct regular quality assessments, providing guidance to meet industry standards.
Qualifications / Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Sportswear Design or related field.
  • 2+ years of technical apparel design experience, preferably in water sports or outdoor apparel.
  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, CAD, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of garment construction, performance fabrics, and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent communication skills.
