Office Manager / Finance Assistant – Part time position
22.5 hours per week – flexible on days/hours.
 
Overview
A Global Design Consultancy is looking for a general office manager to assist with the day to day running of the business. The pivotal role will work closely with the company directors and management, as such you will need to be an organised, methodical and have the ability to manage a number of tasks at the same time.
 
Key Responsibilities
Office
  • Keep the Office Running (supplies / stationary / coffee etc)
  • Organise Travel, Flights, Taxis, Hotels etc
  • Office Maintenance
  • Insurance documentation
  • Office Services management 
  • Organise Events
  • Assist management with organisational tasks
  • Manage hours/attendance/holiday
Finance Assistant
  • Shadow management to understand tasks incase of absence
  • Understand all financial aspects of the company
  • Summarise financial information for quarterly reviews
  • Invoicing as required
