What You’ll Be Doing Office Coordination
- Keep the office running seamlessly, creating a friendly, efficient, and professional environment.
- Be the central point of contact for facilities, maintenance, suppliers, and general office queries.
- Manage stationery, equipment, office supplies, and ensure meeting rooms are always guest-ready.
- Welcome visitors and clients with warmth and professionalism.
- Coordinate with building management, contractors, and external suppliers.
- Handle incoming/outgoing post, deliveries, and courier services.
- Own fire safety processes and ensure first aid supplies, signage, and emergency equipment are fully compliant.
- Arrange travel across the business — flights, trains, hotels, and everything in between.
- Negotiate rates with travel providers to get the best value.
- Support with visas and travel documentation when required.
- Solid office experience
- First-rate organisation skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
- Clear, confident communication skills — written and verbal.
- Experience managing suppliers and budgets.
- Discretion when handling confidential information.
- Bonus: experience booking travel and building itineraries.
