  • Supporting and attending marine exhibitions and events as required.
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
  • Technical sailing experience and knowledge – A keen and experienced sailor with an in-depth understanding of boat hardware products.
  • Sales experience – A self-starter with a proven track record in a target-driven sales environment.
  • Attention to detail – A meticulous approach to managing orders and customer interactions.
  • Strong communication skills – The ability to build relationships and communicate clearly and concisely, whether in person, over the phone, or via email.
  • Full manual driving licence – For client visits and event attendance.
  • Flexibility – Willingness to work occasional weekends for boat shows and trade events.
Harken values its team members and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
  • Competitive salary
  • Discretionary bonus of up to 12% of your salary
  • Pension scheme
  • Flexible working options – Including flexible hours, partially remote working, and the option to buy additional holiday
  • Staff events – Be part of a team that values collaboration and fun!
If you’re ready to combine your passion for sailing with your sales expertise, we’d love to hear from you.
