We’re thrilled to be partnering with one of the South Coast’s most prestigious marina operators to recruit a Marina Operative for their busy, full-service site at Swanwick Marina.
If you love the idea of working by the water, enjoy variety in your day, and take pride in delivering great customer service, this could be a brilliant opportunity for you.
You’ll be joining a friendly, professional team who keep the marina running smoothly day and night — supporting berth holders, assisting with moorings, maintaining the site, and ensuring safety across the marina. This is a mixed days and nights role, so flexibility and a can-do attitude are key.
What we’re looking for:
This is an outdoor role, working a rotating shift pattern including days and nights, along with some weekends and public holidays.
What’s on offer:
If you’re looking to build a career in the marine industry with a company that truly values its people – we’d love to hear from you!
