You’ll be joining a welcoming, dedicated team who take real pride in delivering top-notch service to berth holders and visitors. The role is fast-paced and varied, covering all aspects of marina and boatyard operations, so it’s perfect for someone with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a customer service or customer-facing role

• A flexible, proactive approach and a genuine team spirit

• Willingness to work across both marina and boatyard operations

• Ability to learn and use software systems confidently

• Calm and capable under pressure

A background in boating or experience operating plant equipment would be a bonus – but if not, don’t worry! Full training will be provided. You’ll just need afull, clean UK driving licence and an enthusiasm to get stuck in.

This is an outdoor role that operates on a 10 days on / 4 days off rota, which includes some weekends and public holidays.
