Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement marina budgets and business plans.
- Ensure a unified and superior customer experience.
- Drive continuous operational improvement and meet performance objectives.
- Manage staff, conduct performance reviews, and foster a customer-centric culture.
- Maintain facilities to high standards and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Customer-oriented with strong management skills.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to identify profitability opportunities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Five (5) years related experience.
- Preferred qualifications in Business Management, Hospitality, and Asset Management.
- Fluent in English; advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Ideally Certified Marina Manager.
