After Sales Position - Technical Support Engineer.

Our Client is has a new position and they are looking for a self-driven individual passionate about the marine sector to join their team, as their Junior Technical Support Engineer.

Duties Include But Are Not Limited To:

• Provide first level support to customers, resolving issues and explaining best solutions
• Attract potential customer sales by answering product control and technical support to team member
• Provide accurate pricing and delivery information
• Provide efficient & effective quality control & technical support to team members
• Responsible for Product Return Process and Warranty Claims
• Maintain a working knowledge of technical components of the product line
• Make recommendations to management where and when appropriate, as part of continuous improvement
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Travel will be required

Qualities you'll have:

• Exceptional Customer Service & Problem Solving Skills
• Detail-orientated, organized, self-motivated with excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail/high level of accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Axapta experience preferred but not required
