One of the UKs' foremost boatbuilders is currently looking to expand its team with the addition of a IT/CAD Engineer.

The design office needs to expand to cope with the ongoing demand of the loyal customer base. Famed for building a very high quality product, this top flight employer is seeking someone with the drive and ambitious to work to the highest standards at all times!

Administration of Siemens NX, Teamcentre, Rhino & AlphaCAM Licenses
Set up cloud based processors and VPN connection for home working
Administration for Design Office Helpdesk for software issues
Roll out Build Bay Workstations
Provide shop floor support and training
Teamcenter visualiser training. - Ascertain requirements for each department
Siemens Teamcenter Administration
Investigate and Improve CAD Processes using scripts/ macros for automation
Standardise CAD Usage.
Best practices
Improvement/ expansion of Knowledgebases software procedures
CNC Alpha Cam NX Integration
Automate/Streamline Labour intensive tasks. Eg the drawing release process.
Investigate the use of Projects in Teamcenter and NX

Design Work as required depending on skill set (marine/ boatbuilding)
