Summary

In line with Fairline Yachts exciting growth plans, they are looking to expand their International Sales team to further develop and grow their market share in the 60ft + sector.

The International Sales Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of sales targets for the 60ft + range of boats.

The successful candidate will have a wealth of experience of selling motor yachts in the 60ft + sector. A passion for the luxury yachts sector, a can-do attitude and a clear understanding of this segment of the market will be essential.

Working directly with Fairline's global dealer network and their high net worth clients, the role will require an end to end service in developing and delivering the sales of the larger yachts. This will also include working closely with Head of Sales and other divisions within Fairline to manage the bespoke requirements and expectations of the clients through the sales process. International travel will be required for this role.

Key Responsibilities
·Delivery of the 60ft + Yachts sales targets globally
·Work with Head of Sales to identify opportunities and create individual/regional sales campaigns for the Yachts sector and targeted Dealer Network.
·Provide sales presence at global brand events and exhibitions as required
·Provide sales training as required to the global dealer network, sharing best practice and standards.
·Accountable for strategic input to and the delivery of the annual sales plan
·Maintain and develop key relationships within the dealer network to further develop sales opportunities.
·Provide learning and feedback from the dealer network for wider internal review

Requirements
·Highly effective communicator from Board level down
·Proven sales and sales management experience in the 60ft + sector
·Clear understanding of the larger yachts sector
·Strong presentation skills (inside and outside of the business)
·Ability to travel for periods of time
·Exemplary administration and organisational skills
·Degree educated (desirable)
