Under new stewardship significant capital has been raised. The team has been assembled and we’re creating a great new digital experience for the marine industry. 
 
We’re looking for someone to lead our ambitious trade sales efforts in the European market building up and scaling at every level the sales function. You ideally will  be passionate about, and well-connected to, the leisure marine industry but more importantly you will understand the principles and concepts of delivering digital value to a trade that has varying degrees of understanding!
 
You’ll be expert in sales conversations and closing the right deals for both your customers and ourselves and building that sales function.
 
Sitting as a senior member of the team you will have full budgetary and P&L responsibility.
 
Role comes with huge a very competitive package  a six figure OTE first yearand frankly the capacity to earn significant figrues years two/threeand beyond with complete flexibility to work where you wish there is also a share optiions discussion on the table. 
 
The investors in this company have a track record second to non in scaling up marine business making this role truly exciting.
 
What you’ll do
  1. You’ll segment trade customers - by customer type, value and state - and build a targeted sales engagement plan with the right products at the right price that meet our budgeted expectations
  2. You’ll hold budget responsibility and you’ll forecast and report on a weekly basis against the plan you’ve created
  3. You’ll take personal sales targets and create personal sales relationships
  4. We’ll help you build the right team to support the momentum you create
  5. You’ll help us create products that deliver scale market opportunities and accelerated revenue growth
  6. You’ll direct us on new product launches and marketing campaigns

Who you are
  1. Strong sales skills and plenty of self-confidence
  2. Attention to detail and an organised mind
  3. Willing and able to lead a small but enthusiastic team of sales and account specialists and build on this team.
  4. Previous digital experience an advantage
  5. Leisure marine experience/understanding an advantage
