Due to an increase in workload my client based in West Sussex is looking for a Head of Operations to join their team.
The ideal candidate will be capable of hitting the ground running to drive the business forward.
Responsibilities
-Responsibility for the efficiency in all aspects of production
-Ability to accurately use various software for long term scheduling of multiple projects.
-Must have a hands on approach to leadership.
-Knowledge of various techniques, from wet lay to infusion.
-Working with design team to optimise production processes.
