Join a world-renowned luxury yacht manufacturer, known for building high-end sailing yachts to exceptional standards. As part of their specialist composites and finishing team, you’ll play a key role in delivering the flawless finish these vessels are known for.

The Role: You’ll be working within a skilled team of GRP Technicians and Finishers, responsible for the final preparation, polishing, and refinishing of composite structures and mouldings. This includes both new build and repair work, ensuring all components meet the company’s premium aesthetic and structural standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out detailed GRP finishing and surface preparation on hulls, decks, and components

  • Sanding, polishing, and fairing to a high cosmetic standard

  • Minor laminating and gel repairs where required

  • Working from drawings and job cards to ensure precision and consistency

  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

About You:
  • Proven experience as a GRP Finisher, ideally within the marine or composites sector

  • Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work

  • Confident with sanding, polishing, gel coat repair, and cosmetic finishing

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team

  • Reliable, proactive, and keen to contribute to a supportive workshop culture
