Marine Resources has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Furniture Finisher to be based in Norfolk.
My client are experienced manufacturers of fine furniture and joinery for high end residential and yacht projects.
The successful candidate must have at least 3 years prior experience in modern and traditional finishing / polishing techniques and have a keen eye for detail.
Key responsibilities
Typical duties to include hand finishing – flatting and polishing - tinting – staining & spraying in base coating, priming etc., further in-house training will be provided for career progression.
Overtime Rate (when applicable)
X 1.5 of our hourly rate
Hours of Work
Contracted hours: 40 hours per week
Normal Working Days: Monday to Thursday
Normal working hours: 07:00-17:30
Holiday Entitlement for complete leave year
Holiday runs: September to October
Holiday entitlement: 20 days + bank holidays
Additional Holiday: One additional day’s holiday for each completed year of service up to a maximum of 4 additional days.
