Are you an experience Marine Salesperson who wants to work for a dynamic and expanding organisation? We want to hear from you.  
Our client is looking for a Sales Manager who has an extensive understanding of the marine /yachting industry and has enough technical acumen to learn all the details on the client products.  With the groups parent company based in Pisa the Uk office Poole and a client base in NL, German, Poland amongst others this id definitely for the adventurers! and frankly comes with a huge amount of travel around Northern Europe.  

As such applicants based around Europe are also welcomed. 

With the ability to create new business and develop relationships with both an existing client base and new client's paramount.  
The firm is experiencing huge growth as such there is a long-term vision within this European sales manager role creating and expanding a dealer network across Europe.  

Key Responsibilities   
  • Creating new sales and capitalise on existing and historic customers utilising the team and software available 
  • Become a product expert in the market.  
  • Drive product sales, monitoring spend on each sale to maximise and maintain targets 
  • Oversea delivery process, keeping to schedules and high standards 
  • Work with the team to make sure each customer is given a unique experience 
  • Manage the purchasing of new stock requirements in response to sales, and maintain stock levels 
  • Review website and social media platform performance on a quarterly basis to ensure delivery or leads and value for money 
  • Sign off order forms, sales agreements, and factory order specifications 
  • To develop a best practise customer journey that supersedes that of the company’s competitors
