Job description

An established, high-growth international marine brand is looking to appoint a commercially driven Country/Sales Manager (UK) to lead and develop its presence across a key market. This is a role with genuine ownership: the successful candidate will effectively run the UK operation by driving sales, developing the dealer network, elevating brand presence, and taking responsibility for the country’s commercial performance.

The business operates with a strong global footprint and a reputation for innovative, high-quality products supported by a robust dealer and distribution network. This role suits someone who enjoys autonomy, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings an entrepreneurial approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver a UK growth strategy aligned with global objectives.
  • Drive commercial performance across the dealer network.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including targeted dealer network expansion.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour to support strategic decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dealers nationwide.
  • Provide commercial, technical, and marketing support to enhance dealer capability and performance.
  • Conduct regular dealer visits to support training, sales activity, and product presentations.
  • Track dealer performance and ensure alignment with brand standards and expectations.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, dealer days, and product demonstrations.
  • Act as a key link between the UK market and global operations.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and sales reporting.
  • Hold responsibility for the UK country P&L.
