Our client is a prestigious and market-leading yacht manufacturing company known for its high-quality craftsmanship and innovative designs. They are known for their excellence in the luxury maritime sector, creating some of the world's most exquisite and sought-after yachts.
We are seeking a CNC Operative with a focus on woodworking to join their manufacturing team on a full time permanent basis in Oundle, Northamptonshire. The ideal candidate will have a passion for precision and a commitment to crafting components that meet the highest standards of quality and luxury.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC machinery for the production of wooden yacht components.
Interpret complex technical drawings and translate them into precise machining processes.
Perform regular maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to refine product specifications.
Conduct quality checks to ensure that all components meet the required standards.
Manage materials inventory and assist in ordering supplies as necessary.
Adhere to safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment.
Rates:
£12.44 - £14p/h DOE - Overtime at 1.5x and 2x rate - for hourly paid staff
Hours
07.00 to 16.00 Monday - Thursday
07.00 am to 13.00 pm Friday
