Business Development Manager
Currently representing a company who are market leaders in Marine and are showing continued growth year on year in both the Industrial and Marine markets.
Their products represent reliability and innovation. Their goal is to design products which are safe to manufacture, safe to use and can be disposed of by environmentally friendly methods.
They are now seeking a Business Development Manager to complete their UK team based in the North of England.
Providing a wide range of products, their dedicated team located throughout the UK, provides full technical support on the standard range of products and can also offer bespoke solutions that are specifically designed to meet the needs of their customers.
Key Skills:
Must have an understanding of technical products (couplings)
Have the confidence to ask the right questions and give correct answers regarding the products (training will be provided)
Experience required in Industrial Power Transmissions and Marine Sales
Personal Specification:
Ideally the right individual will have 5 years or more experience in a similar field
Be able and willing to work on the road 3-4 days a week, working in the office or remotely for the other day/s
Can work on own initiative and is self-motivated
Can meet targets and deadlines
Have exceptional communication skills
Be willing to undergo training and have the drive and passion to succeed and grow
Additional Information:
£40,000 basic OTE £50,000
Company car + allowance, Laptop & phone provided, pension and much more!
